SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Georgia. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• GA LBA license or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Live in or within 50 miles of the GA border.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
