Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC in Missouri seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and mentor RBTs. You will collaborate with families, schools, and clinical teams to ensure holistic, ethical care and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
