Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA treatment plans and collaborate with families, schools, and clinicians. You’ll supervise RBTs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and ensure ethical, compliant programming while making a meaningful impact on children and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
