Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs for children. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities
