Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a clinically sophisticated team. The BCBA will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop Positive Behavioral Support plans, and deliver interventions to adults with Autism, IDD, and acquired brain injury in community settings.

You will train and consult with team members, oversee PBS plans, supervise interns and clinicians, and travel across Central/Eastern Massachusetts to Open Sky programs.

Qualifications

• Master's level BCBA certification is required.
• Experience conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing PBIS plans is required.
• Experience with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury is required.
• Must be able to travel within Central/Eastern Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and consultation to team members on Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS).
• Oversee the development and implementation of PBS Universal, Targeted and Intensive Treatment plans and associated data.
• Serve as an active member of the PBS Leadership Team, Risk/Safety Team, Clinical Development Team and Peer Review Committee.
• Supervise interns, behavioral technicians and clinicians as assigned.
