Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team and advance positive behavioral supports for adults with ASD, IDD, and ABI across community settings.

The BCBA will conduct functional assessments, develop PBS plans, train staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Travel across Central/Eastern Massachusetts is required, with leadership responsibilities on PBS initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Masters level BCBA certification required.
  • Experience assessing and writing treatment interventions using PBS.
  • Experience with adults with ASD, IDD, and ABI.
  • Strong leadership, adaptability, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and consultation on Applied Behavior Analysis and PBS to team members.
  • Oversee PBS Universal, Targeted and Intensive Treatment plans and data.
  • Participate in PBS Leadership Team, Risk/Safety Team, Clinical Development Team and Peer Review Committee.
  • Supervise interns, behavioral technicians and clinicians as assigned.
  • Travel to Open Sky programs within Central/Eastern Massachusetts.

Job Description:Open Sky is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team!Here, you will work alongside a dedicated, clinically sophisticated workforce and have opportunities to build clinical best practices and be a part of a long-term team dedicated to Positive Behavioral Supports.In this role, the BCBA will provide support to adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury living in various environments within the community. Additionally, the BCBA will collaborate with team members and collaterals. The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing Positive Behavioral Support plans. The BCBA will support the delivery of interventions to assist people in building and using skills.
