Open Sky Community Services is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a clinically sophisticated team. The BCBA will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop Positive Behavioral Support plans, and deliver interventions to adults with Autism, IDD, and acquired brain injury in community settings.
You will train and consult with team members, oversee PBS plans, supervise interns and clinicians, and travel across Central/Eastern Massachusetts to Open Sky programs.

In this role, the BCBA will provide support to adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury living in various environments within the community. Additionally, the BCBA will collaborate with team members and collaterals. The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing Positive Behavioral Support plans. The BCBA will support the delivery of interventions to assist people in building and using skills.
