Job summary

Best Ever ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior therapy for children with autism. You will design individualized plans, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive outcomes.

As part of a dynamic, supportive environment, you will contribute to program growth and ongoing quality improvement while staying current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• Board-certified BCBA with current certification.
• Minimum 0 years of autism-specific clinical experience.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted interventions.
• Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs for quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client progress and treatment records.
