Step Forward ABA, located in Broomfield, Colorado, is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) committed to making a significant impact on the lives of individuals with Autism. You will oversee treatment plans, provide clinical supervision to staff, and deliver direct services tailored to individual needs.

Salary range is $80,000 to $125,000, with additional benefits including 401(k) matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or national equivalent in a relevant field.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities
