Job summary

Step Forward ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based treatment for clients across ages, partnering with families and caregivers to promote growth and independence.

You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans, supervise therapy staff, coordinate with teachers and clinicians, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans with progress data tracking.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, LABAs with competency assessments.
