Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs. Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Active BCBA certification and ability to supervise BCBA candidates requested.
• Experience supervising RBTs and caregivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
