ABA Centers of Florida in Valrico, near the Tampa area, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. Starting pay ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

You will design and oversee ABA programs for children and families, supervising RBTs and collaborating with caregivers. The role offers growth through mentorship, competitive benefits, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for state licensure as applicable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
