Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida, a leading ABA provider, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead RBTs, conduct assessments, and guide staff in implementing behavior-analytic interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field (ABA, psychology, or education).
• Active BCBA certification required.

• Oversee BCBA program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct functional and other assessments to guide interventions.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
