The position emphasizes delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and families within a supportive clinical framework. You will design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, supervise RBTs weekly, and conduct assessments to guide interventions.

Qualificações

• Master's degree is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
