Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and overseeing behavior-analytic programs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
