Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida, LLC in the Valrico/Tampa area is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional and preference assessments, and guide staff in delivering high-quality care.

Starting salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification active.
• Ability to initiate state licensure process if required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments to determine behavioral intervention needs.
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
