Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role in our center-based ABA therapy program for children and adolescents with autism.

You will lead assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, train staff, and collaborate with families, with CEU opportunities, flexible schedules, and growth in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Two years of experience with autism spectrum disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client.
• Development and monitoring of Individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision with feedback for growth.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Maintain licensure, certification and credentialing current as well as CPR and other required training.
