Shining Steps ABA LLC in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs for children, collaborate with families, and work within a values-driven, supportive team.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, ensure ethical and clinical standards, and guide treatment planning with families and school teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for leadership within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
