Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC in Missouri seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA programs for children and families. You will develop individualized treatment plans, oversee assessments, and guide a team of RBTs in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will collaborate with families and school teams, ensuring ethical and clinical standards while driving meaningful outcomes and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical and clinical standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
