Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral services in Missouri, developing and adjusting ABA treatment plans while supervising RBTs. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care and ethical, compliant practice.

The role emphasizes detailed documentation, leadership, and ongoing professional development in in-home and school-based settings with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
