Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Maryland seeks a BCBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA services.

The role includes assessments, behavior intervention plan development, supervision of treatment implementation, and progress monitoring with families and collaborating professionals. You will train staff, lead data-driven treatment adjustments, and ensure ethical practice per BACB guidelines, with drive-time pay and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Maryland licensure.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, methodologies, and interventions.
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to administer and interpret VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, ABLLS-R.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviors and skill deficits.
• Analyze assessment data to understand client needs, strengths and areas for intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with evidence-based interventions and clear goals.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure proper implementation of plans.
• Provide training and supervision to ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Regularly collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate progress with families and professionals.
• Provide supervision and training to staff and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines.
