ROMAN EMPIRE ABA SERVICES in Las Vegas seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across assigned caseloads and uphold high-quality ABA therapy. This role offers a BCBA rate up to $100/hour, flexible hours, and benefits eligibility at 32+ hours per week, plus $300 annual reimbursement for professional development and pre-allocated admin time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a practicing BCBA.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical supervision, training and oversight of BCBAs.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; team culture building.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic assessment, data analysis, program design, and treatment implementation.
• Active involvement in the behavior analysis community and autism services.
• Experience developing and implementing systematic clinical and compliance training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, quality, and QA of clinical services for assigned caseload.
• Ensure standardized implementation of clinical policies across the agency.
• Develop and enhance clinical training and supervision programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team and CEO on growth, contracts, and efficiency.
• Maintain community presence with behavior analytic associations; promote ethics.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ongoing staff training.
• Create curriculums for training material.
