ROMAN EMPIRE ABA SERVICES seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team on a full- and part-time basis. You’ll oversee clinical services, ensure policy standardization, and support staff development across multiple cities with travel opportunities.

We offer a BCBA rate of $70 per hour, a flexible schedule, travel reimbursement, and benefits eligibility after 32+ hours weekly, plus ongoing professional development support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a practicing BCBA.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical supervision, training, and oversight of BCBAs.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build positive, solution-oriented culture.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic assessment, data analysis, program design, and treatment implementation.
• Networking with behavior analysis, education, and autism services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality of clinical services for assigned caseload.
• Standardize clinical policies and procedures across the agency.
• Develop and enhance clinical training and supervision programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team and CEO on growth, contracts, and staff efficiency.
• Teach and promote ethical standards within the agency.
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards across the organization.
• Create curricula for training material.
