ROMAN EMPIRE ABA SERVICES is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for diverse cases across multiple regions. You will implement, supervise, and refine ABA programs, ensuring adherence to BACB standards and ethical guidelines.

The role offers flexible hours, travel opportunities with reimbursement, and benefits eligibility after 32+ hours weekly, supporting ongoing professional development and caseload management.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or BCaBA with pathway to BCBA
• Minimum 2 years as a practicing BCBA
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in assessment and treatment plans
• Experience supervising and training other BCBA/BCaBA staff
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services for assigned caseload and ensure quality and standardization of programs
• Ensure standardized implementation of clinical policies across the agency
• Develop and supervise clinical training programs
• Collaborate with Clinical Team and CEO on growth and efficiency initiatives
• Maintain community presence with behavior analysis associations and ensure ethical standards
