Roman Empire ABA Services is expanding its clinical team and seeks a passionate BCBA to oversee clinical services for assigned caseload, ensuring quality and BACB standard compliance. Collaborate with the Clinical Team and CEO on growth initiatives and staff efficiency.

Role offers $70/hour with flexible hours, benefits-eligibility at 32+ hours weekly, and a $300 annual reimbursement for CEU/recertification costs. Pre-allocated admin time supports caseload management.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• At least 2 years as a practicing BCBA.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in behavior analytic treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services for assigned caseload and ensure quality and policy adherence.
• Standardize clinical models and programs across the agency.
• Develop and enhance clinical training and supervision programs.
