ROMAN EMPIRE ABA SERVICES is expanding its clinical team and is seeking a passionate, team‑oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy in a supportive, established agency.

The role emphasizes quality of clinical services, standardized policies, ongoing training, and collaboration with the Clinical Team and CEO to drive growth, with flexible hours and benefits eligibility at 32+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years practicing BCBA
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in clinical supervision, training and oversight of BCBAs
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic assessment, data analysis and program design
• Active involvement in behavior analysis/education communities

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services for assigned caseload and ensure QA
• Ensure standardized implementation of policies across the agency
• Develop and enhance training and supervision programs
• Collaborate with Clinical Team/CEO on growth and efficiency initiatives
• Establish community presence with behavior analysis associations
• Maintain BACB standards compliance
• Create curricula for training materials
