Job summary

ROMAN EMPIRE ABA SERVICES is expanding its clinical team and seeks a passionate BCBA to lead clinical services for multiple caseloads. You will ensure quality and standardized implementation of policies across the agency, while collaborating with the CEO to drive growth and improve staff efficiency.

The role requires BCBA credentials, supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel opportunities are available with reimbursements and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential required.
• Minimum 2 years as a practicing BCBA.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in behavior analytic treatment plans.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical supervision, training and oversight of BCBAs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis, program design and treatment implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services for assigned caseload and ensure QA.
• Ensure standardized implementation of clinical policies across the agency.
• Develop and enhance clinical training and supervision programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team and CEO on growth and staff efficiency.
• Establish community presence with behavior analytic associations and promote ethical practice.
• Maintain BACB standards compliance.
• Create training curriculums for staff.
