Job summary

Roman Empire ABA Services, Inc. is expanding its clinical team with a dedicated BCBA. You will oversee and provide high-quality ABA services for an assigned caseload, ensuring adherence to BACB standards and best practices.

The role offers a competitive rate of $70/hour, a flexible schedule you set, and benefits eligibility at 32 hours weekly, with $300 annual reimbursement for CEU/recertification costs and pre-allocated admin time for caseload management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a practicing BCBA.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in clinical supervision, training and oversight of BCBAs.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster a positive company culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical services for assigned caseload and ensure quality assurance and standardization of programs.
• Ensure standardized implementation of clinical policies across the agency.
• Lead and enhance clinical training and supervision programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team and CEO on growth, contracts, and staff efficiency initiatives.
• Establish and maintain community presence with behavior analytic associations; model ethical practices and BACB standards.
• Create curriculums for training materials.
