ROMAN EMPIRE ABA SERVICES in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for an expanding team. The role offers a flexible schedule and part- or full-time hours with benefits eligibility at 32+ hours per week.

You will oversee clinical services, ensure policy standardization, and collaborate on growth initiatives while maintaining high ethical standards and BACB compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a practicing BCBA
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in behavior analytic treatment plans
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical supervision and staff training
• Leadership skills and ability to promote positive company culture
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic assessment, data analysis, and program design

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality of clinical services for assigned caseload
• Standardize implementation of clinical policies across the agency
• Develop and enhance clinical training and supervision programs
• Collaborate with Clinical Team and CEO on growth and efficiency initiatives
• Establish and maintain a community presence with behavior analytic associations
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and train agency-wide on requirements
• Create curricula for training materials
