Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across in-home, clinic, and school settings in Missouri. You will develop and adjust ABA plans, conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, and supervise RBTs while partnering with families and schools for holistic care.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, detailed documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team to drive meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
