Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You will develop and adjust ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure holistic care.

The BCBA must hold BACB certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with strong communication and leadership skills to lead clinical teams and ensure ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
