Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Johnson County, KS is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for children. You will develop and adjust treatment plans, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure ethical and compliant practices across the clinical team.

The role requires a BCBA in good standing and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with strong communication and leadership abilities to drive outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs, providing hands-on training and mentorship.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and participate in clinical team meetings.
