Achievements ABA Therapy in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children with autism. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training across in-home, daycare, and school settings.

The BCBA will collaborate with a dedicated back-office team and must hold NC LBA or be in process; compensation ranges from $90.00 to $115.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including 401(k), PTO,

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required.
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
