Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in Georgia seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services for children with autism. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training across home, daycares, and schools.

You will collaborate with a supportive back-office team, ensure HIPAA and BACB compliance, and participate in team meetings to coordinate care. Compensation is $85–$100 per hour, with benefits: 401(k) match, PTO, mentorship, CEUs, health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
