Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children with autism across in-home, daycare, and school settings in Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. Remote and in-person supervision options provide flexible scheduling and client coverage.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and train parents while ensuring HIPAA and BACB compliance. Join a dedicated back-office team supporting clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must live within 50 miles of GA!
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
