Achivements ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for children with autism across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. The role includes remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, parent training, and collaboration in team settings.

You’ll work with a dedicated back-office team to keep focus on clinical excellence. Compensation ranges from $85.00 to $100.00 per hour, contingent on experience, with benefits such as 401(k) matching, PTO,

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training desired.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
