Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes for children with autism and their families. The role supports treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, parent training, and collaboration with teams in homes, daycares, and schools across Georgia.

The position offers in-home and on-site supervision options, with a strong back-office support structure to enable focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
