Job summary
ANNA Autism Care in Andover, MA seeks an experienced BCBA to lead clinical care for young children using ABA and NDBI. You will supervise a team, develop individualized play-based plans, and partner with families to implement strategies that support neurodiversity-affirming practice. Expect data-driven progress, ongoing professional growth, and supportive leadership.
Work is Monday–Friday, no evenings or travel, with a competitive salary and monthly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification required.
- ABA therapy experience with young autistic children (prefer under 6).
- NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER).
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan treatment using NDBI strategies for ages 18 months to 6 years.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 5–6 Behavior Therapists through weekly supervision.
- Partner with families; train parents in NDBI strategies to use at home.
- Data-driven progress monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Clinical Director and fellow BCBAs on care quality.
- Contribute to clinical growth by integrating current autism research.
