Job summary

ANNA Autism Care in Foxborough, MA seeks an experienced BCBA to lead an ABA program for Autistic children under 6. Join a clinician-led team with a neuroaffirming NDBI approach, Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or travel, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young Autistic children, preferably under age 6.
• NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER).
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 5–6 Behavior Therapists through weekly supervision.
• Family partnership: structured, curriculum-based parent training model which helps families learn NDBI strategies to practice and use at home.
• Data-driven progress monitoring and proactive program adjustments to drive milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and fellow BCBAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to continuous learning by integrating current research and best practices in Autism and ABA therapy.
