Job summary

ANNA Autism Care in Andover, MA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead ABA therapy for young children. The role emphasizes clinician-led, neurodiversity-affirming practice, with a 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a focus on evidence-based autism care using NDBI strategies.

You will supervise a small team, mentor therapists, train families, and collaborate with a Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young Autistic children (prefer under age 6).
• NDBI experience is preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER).
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI for ages 18 months to 6 years.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 5–6 therapists through weekly supervision.
• Partner with families; provide parent training in NDBI strategies.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans to achieve milestones.
• Collaborate with BCBA colleagues and report to Clinical Director on growth and care quality.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical learning and evidence-based autism care.
