Job summary

ANNA Autism Care seeks a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA therapy for Autistic children under 6. The role emphasizes NDBI strategies, clinician-led collaboration, and family partnerships.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young Autistic children (preferably under 6).
• NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER).
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and treatment planning for children 18 months to 6 years using NDBI strategies.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 5–6 Behavior Therapists through weekly supervision.
• Implement structured, curriculum-based parent training to practice NDBI at home.
• Data-driven monitoring of client progress and adjustment of treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and fellow BCBAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical growth and integration of current research.
