Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team, providing evidence-based ABA therapy to young children. You will supervise a small team, partner with families, and ensure high-quality, NDBI-guided care in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young Autistic children (<6).
• NDBI experience (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI for children ages 18 months to 6 years.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 5–6 Behavior Therapists through weekly supervision.
• Partner with families to train on NDBI strategies for home use.
• Monitor client progress with ongoing data collection and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and report to Clinical Director on growth and care quality.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical growth by integrating current autism research and best practices.
