Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead clinical services for Autistic children under 6, applying NDBI strategies. You will develop individualized, play-based treatment plans, supervise a team of 5–6 therapists, and partner with families to help implement skills at home.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young Autistic children under 6.
• NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 5–6 Behavior Therapists through weekly supervision.
• Partner with families through a structured parent training model to practice NDBI strategies at home.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care and clinician growth.
