Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. We offer a base salary of $85,000–$115,000 per year plus $30/hr for every billable hour over 100 per month, with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

The position features a 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and no travel. You will supervise 5–6 Therapists, partner with families, and contribute to NDBI-based care for Autistic children under

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• “Experience delivering ABA therapy to young children under 6” is preferred.
• “NDBI experience (ESDM/PRT/JASPER)” preferred.
• “Neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice” expected.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and treatment planning grounded in NDBI for 18 months–6 years.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 5–6 Therapists with weekly supervision.
• Implement structured parent training to teach NDBI strategies at home.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care.
