Qualifications

• BCBA certification required to practice as the supervisor.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Arizona or pursuing licensure.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Demonstrated ability to train and supervise entry-level staff.
• Compliance with background check, TB test and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Utilize data collection software to track client progress.
