Specialized Education Services, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in school settings nationwide. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized behavioral services in small groups and supervise RBT/BCBA trainees.

As part of our team, you will monitor student behavior, collect data, write ABA reports, and develop behavior intervention plans, tools, and materials to help learners achieve their goals.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program, eligible to sit for BCBA exam.
• Experience with children/adolescents in school settings preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services to small groups.
• Monitor student behavior, track progress, and communicate with parents.
• Observe students, collect data, and conduct assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAP, PEAK, etc.).
• Write ABA reports and recommendations based on observations.
• Create and model behavior programs/strategies in school settings.
• Develop materials (visual schedules, token boards, social stories) for staff.
• Support data collection to monitor progress and develop intervention plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.
• Assist with supervision of RBT/BCBA trainees.
