Job summary

Cross Country Education in Lawndale and Hawthorne, California seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavioral services, observe classrooms, and support students in reaching their goals. You will conduct FBAs and BIPs, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams.

A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs and school-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations to identify behavioral needs and plan interventions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs and BIPs for positive outcomes.
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff on evidence-based strategies.
