Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
• Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or eligibility.
• At least one year of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral, developmental, and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Analyze clinical data and modify programs based on client progress.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to behavior therapists.
• Model ABA procedures and promote treatment fidelity.
• Provide practical, supportive caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards and Virginia regulations.
