Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York City is hiring a BCBA/Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead assessments, design intervention plans, and supervise therapists in ABA programs across homes, clinics, and community settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, BCBA and LBA, and at least one year of ABA supervision, with excellent organizational and collaborative skills. Travel to assigned cases is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to cases, with performance feedback.
• Clinically review session notes on a regular basis for assigned behavior therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in therapy.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year while summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
• Regular communication with parents, behavioral therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office is required.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (HIPAA/state & Federal regulations).
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and lead to independence and happiness.
