Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Westchester County is seeking a Fee For Service, Hourly BCBA to lead assessments, design intervention plans, and supervise therapists across multiple settings. The role requires BCBA and LBA credentials, a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, and at least one year of supervision experience.

Travel to assigned cases is expected; the organization provides ongoing training and ASHA/BACB ACE provider support.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA credentials required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.

Mansioni

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and set goals with caregivers.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with feedback.
• Clinically review session notes regularly.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on results.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver involvement.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain communication with parents, therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office.
• Ensure confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and lead to independence.
